GENESIS SMITH

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining RSA, Smith was the Director of Legal and HR for Pepin Distributing Company. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing the HR department which handles payroll, recruiting, and benefits for the organization, as well as for managing the organization’s contracts, insurance program, trade practice compliance, and political engagement strategy. 

Genesis started her legal career as an Associate Trust Officer at Raymond James Trust, N.A. where she dedicated her early career to the administration of special needs trusts.  

Genesis is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2016.
