Kaitlyn Bailey, who is from Northwest Florida, growing up in Santa Rosa Beach, attended Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Political Science. She joined RSA following an internship with the firm in 2016 and subsequently returning as a part-time associate for the 2017 session. In January 2018, Bailey joined RSA full-time upon graduation.

Before interning with RSA, Bailey worked as a turf coordinator for the Republican Party of Florida throughout the 2016 Presidential election cycle. In this role, she collaborated with the Field Director to create and implement innovative campaign strategies, analyzed data provided by the GOP to organize walks, and canvassed Northwest Florida in the successful grassroots campaign.

Prior to working in the political sector, Bailey was an active member of the Florida Future Business Leaders of America –Phi Beta Lambda. During her time in the organization, she held many honors, including serving as State President in 2013 and receiving the Rob Kelleher Memorial award at the 2016 State Leadership Conference.
