NATALIE BROWN

Director of Government & Community Affairs

Natalie Brown has extensive experience in policy, appropriations, and communications, which informs her ability to anticipate and navigate challenges in the public policy process. As Director of Government and Community Affairs, Natalie applies her experience internally and externally, focusing on collaboration and innovation.

Prior to joining RSA, Natalie served as chief legislative staff for Senator Danny Burgess and Senator Tom Lee, both of Tampa Bay. While in the Florida Senate, Natalie managed a large portfolio of legislation addressing a wide variety of policy areas, and she oversaw more than 90 bills signed into law.

Before she was a Senate staffer, Natalie worked in political communications for a national advocacy association in Washington, D.C. and in direct-to-consumer marketing. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.
